How long does a custom unit take to make?

Custom units require 15 working days for completion before shipping.

What is the processing time for bundles closures and frontals?

Processing and shipping takes 5-7 working days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes international orders take 3-5 days after processing. Shipping cost vary based on location.

Can I return my order?

Custom units cannot be returned as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Bundles frontals and closures can be returned only if they are in their original state and original packaging.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are only available for bundles frontals and closures that are unused and in their original packaging.

How do I send my unit or bundles for a revamp?

We strongly recommend using Royal Mail recorded delivery for tracking insurance and protection while your items are in transit.

Are your units ready to wear?

Yes all Purple Lace units are styled with care and arrive pin curled or pre styled so they are ready to wear straight out of the box.

What type of lace do you use?

All frontals and closures are made using premium HD lace for a seamless melt.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
