Custom Wigs

Custom units require 15 working days for creation once your order is placed. After completion shipping takes 1 to 2 days within the UK.

Bundles Closures Frontals

Processing and shipping for bundles closures and frontals takes 5-7 working days.

International Shipping

International delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 days after processing time depending on your location. International shipping may vary based on the destination.

Revamp Service- sending your bundles or units to us

When sending your bundles closures frontals or units for a Revamp Service we strongly recommend using Royal Mail recorded delivery. This ensures your parcel is tracked insured and protected while in transit so you are fully covered.

Delivery & Tracking

All orders are shipped using signed delivery for the safety of your parcel. A tracking number will be sent so you can follow your order every step of the way. Once your package has been dispatched we will not be responsible for delays or issues during transit. Please contact the courier service provider directly for all delivery inquiries. Although we are not liable for your item once it is with the courier we will guide you through the steps to help you recover your package.
