At Purple Lace every product and service is handled with care to maintain our Luxury standards.

Custom units

We do not accept returns on custom units for three key reasons. First each unit is created specifically for you based on your measurements and chosen specifications. Second Once a unit is made styled and prepared it cannot be resold in its original condition. Thirdly for hygiene and safety reasons custom units cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bundles Closures Frontals

Bundles closures and frontals may be returned only is they are in their original state and original packaging. The hair must be unused unaltered and not removed from the bundle ties. Items that are not returned in perfect original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
