Processing Time

Most refresh services are completed within 5 to 7 working days. Processing times may vary depending on the condition of the hair and the level of correction required.

Sending Your Hair

We recommend using Royal Mail postal service when sending your hair for a refresh service. Purple Lace cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit before delivery.
