This service is intended for fresh colour transformations only.

If your unit has previously been coloured  please contact us before booking.

Colour results may vary depending on the starting colour, condition, quality, and history of the hair.

Raw hair is generally best suited for lighter and more dramatic colour changes.

Virgin hair is ideal for darker shades such as brunettes, coppers, reds, and blacks.

Inspiration photos must be provided via WhatsApp or email after placing your order. Please include your order number when contacting us.

All custom colour services are subject to review. If your desired colour cannot be achieved safely or requires additional work beyond the selected service, we will contact you before proceeding to discuss alternative options.

Processing Time

Most custom colour services are completed within 5 to 7 working days. Processing times may vary depending on the desired colour and the condition of the hair.

Sending Your Unit

We recommend using Royal Mail for protection and tracking. Purple Lace cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit before delivery.
