Custom Units

Custom wig orders are final. Once hair has been coloured, customised or used to create a custom fit unit, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bundles/closure and Frontals

We accept returns or exchange on bundles, closures and frontals as long as they are sent back in their original packaging and have not been opened, altered, worn or installed.

How to start a return

If you would like to request a return or have any concerns about your order, please contact us through the contact form on our website within 48 hours of receiving your package. we will respond with the next steps. Items returned without approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item received was incorrect.
