Processing Times

Custom Units

Custom coloured and custom constructed wigs require additional time to achieve the perfect finish. Processing takes 7-14 working days depending on service and the level of customisation and 1-2 days for delivery. You will receive updates if additional time is required for colouring or special requests.

Ready to ship

Processing and shipping time is 1-3 working days.

Revamp

When sending your wig in for a revamp, we recommend using Royal Mail for secure delivery. Royal Mail provides tracking and insurance which helps protect your package while in transit. Please ensure your hair is packed safely before sending. Once we receive your unit, processing takes 7-10 days.

Delivery Times

UK delivery usually arrives within 1-2 working days once the order has been dispatched. International delivery normally takes 5-10 working days depending on location and courier routes.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail signed delivery to ensure your package is signed for and insured during transit. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. Purple Lace is not responsible for courier delays, customs processing or missed delivery attempts.

Packaging

Ready to ship and custom wigs are shipped on a foam head to protect the style. Bundles, closures and frontals are sealed, labelled and packaged to prevent tangling and moisture.
